Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic addresses, while international deliveries may range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep. For expedited shipping options, select “Express Delivery” at checkout—this ensures delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, customs hold-ups, or carrier errors. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return unused, unworn items (with original tags and packaging intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return:

Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) and personalized/customized bags are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
